When you choose to work with me, you get more than a coach. You get a gentle guide, structure and a firm accountability partner—someone who has walked through the challenges that can make or break a human being and had to learn and discover, many times alone and in painful ways, the path to personal and professional success.
My approach blends my experience with military-tested discipline (for structure) with a deep, compassionate understanding (for your heart). We move forward together, navigating the areas where you need support most:
Life Transitions
Taking back control during major shifts—marriage, divorce, personal relationships dynamics, career changes, relocations, getting fit, improving health, continuing studies and becoming a better professional.Cultural Integration
Guiding you to gain the wisdom and understanding of foreign cultures and building positive relations.Habit Construction
Improving life quality through daily habits, for consistent physical health and mental clarity and finding the confidence to live life fully.
I can only promise you this: you will not feel alone on this journey. I will walk beside you and gently hold you accountable to your own personal truth and goals.
At just 21, I found myself navigating the collapse of my marriage, facing a life alone, with no studies, job or financial security, dealing with depression, sickness, having no friends or social life, no direction or purpose, and suddenly becoming the sole support for my newborn daughter.
For five long years, my life was defined by exhaustion, isolation, and the constant fear of not being enough. I lived in a cycle of chaos, often feeling like a stranger in my own life.
My shift was slow, deliberate, and rooted in an absolute commitment to discipline and learning. I didn't wait for a miracle...I forced myself to start rebuilding. I worked relentlessly, driven by the quiet, fierce belief that my story wasn't over.
This journey led me to a high-stakes, high-performance environment where I served as the Command Translator for the U.S. Naval Forces at NSF Deveselu. It was here I truly mastered the art of clear communication, resilience, and maintaining a calm exterior amidst pressure. Simultaneously, I dedicated myself to my education, earning my Master's degree while raising my child and managing a demanding career.
I grabbed with both hands the second chance life gave me and gave it 100% to rebuild myself from the ashes. I learned that true strength is not loud; it is the gentle discipline of showing up for yourself every single day.
Now, I use that hard-won experience—the struggle and the structure—to create a safe space for you. You are not meant to navigate this daunting path alone. Together, we can find the courage to commit, the clarity to rebuild, and the gentle strength to begin again.
